On The Computer Crimes And The Consummating Of Legislation

With the development of modern science and technology, computer crimes are becoming more intelligent, hidden, dangerous and so on. As the computer crimes is a new problem to us all, some countries and areas all over the world have been exploring the effective ways in law-practice and law-theory and collecting the experiences. This article is intended to discuss the consummating of China's relative legislation through the study of the components of crime, jurisdiction and the finding of evidence, and combining with measures provided for by Chinese criminal law.
