Study On The Legal System Of Domestic Securities Information Disclosure

The information disclosure system, the base of the securities markets' establishing and developing, is a fundamental legal system to ensure the fairness, public, and just of our securities markets. Established only a few more than ten years before, our domestic securities market hasn't enjoy an improved information disclosure system. So it's very important to improve the information disclosure system.This paper is divided into three parts. In first part is a summary of our information disclosure system. We review the establishment and developing process of this system, then we identity the meanings of this system. In the end, we make an effort to find more about the basis of such information disclosure system from some related theories.The second part is about the action of the information disclosure system. First, we study the word "information" in the information disclosure system and some related anticipating profits theory. We add something about the subject and methods of information disclosure system. In the end we think information disclosure system has five rules.In the third part, the author studies our domestic of information disclosure system from the related legal system and managing institution and the law responsibilities. The author make an all-out effort to find the problems and reasons in our information disclosure system and then advise some ways to solve these problems and improve this system.
