| As a new choice of enterprises' responding to challenges of existence, knowledge management has been the hot topic of management theories and management practice. In order to further the research of knowledge management, I endeavor to make a tentative access to the predicaments of knowledge management. I select knowledge management of enterprises as main object to analyze and approach this issue from two aspects of the nature of management.Through the analysis, I demonstrate that knowledge cannot form value without labor. Creative labor is the headspring of enterprise value. Sharing and exchanging of knowledge are not involuntary behavior in an organization. Individuals and organizations will meet many obstacles while learning. If our knowledge is different from each other we can hardly communicate and exchange our ideas. The reason for the inner knowledge market of an enterprise not circulating well is that the relationship of capital and labor is contradictory. Under the circumstance of widespread loosing of trustworthiness, individuals and enterprises both incline to close and monopolize their knowledge. |
