Transition Analysis Of City Endowment Insurance

Since the 1980s, social insurance has emerged as a very important issue in many developed and developing countries including the People's Republic of China.In China ,the city endowment insurance reform based on state enterprise reform is moving from Pay-as-you-go plan toward Funding scheme. However,as the experiences of other countries of the world, the transition course receive history bear and politics realistic hindrance, So how to go through transition, especially in implicit pension debt,is an trickiness problem.This study take theoretic analysis and real example analysis, drawing a framework from a wide field of academic literature, economics, sociology, cultural anthropology. The study contributes important insights into implicit pension debt and the approach of collecting pension. Clearly, in reforming its own social insurance programmes the PRC should note and learn from the experiences of other countries .Based on an analysis of other countries experience ,the study considers some important policy implications for future reforming .The researches of forefathers give author very heavy inspiration, this text try to carrying the worldly last research into the practices of reform in our country endowment insurance systems. Because social security cover a lot of field ,some problems are also difficult to rein by myself, still need to continue probing into.
