Study For Existing Issues In Technology Innovation By Middle And Small Enterprise In China

Technology innovation is a developing process in which the scientific and technological results are substantially transformed into products,technology or service by a corporation and their business value is realized as soon as possible.Middle or small-sized corporation refers to such a corporation whose annual turnover and total assets are all more than 500 million. Middle or small-size ecorporations can create a great of employment opportunities and a vast of national wealth;they can increase export income for their country and accelerate the development of large -sized corporations.There fore, Middle or small-size ecorporations have an important status in the national economic stucture.In our country, there are diversified and widespread activities for technology innovation in middle or small-size ecorporations.These technology innovations occupy a dominant status in many trades.For this reason,reseach on technology innovation in a middle or small-size ecorporation has a great important maenings for the high-speed development of our national economy.In this thesis ,the analysis find four main problemes in the technology innovations in middle or small-size ecorporations.The first problem is the lackof funds,the second one is the lack of qulified scientists and technicians;the third one is lack of network for medium and cooperation;the last problem is that policy framework has not been formed,which support the technology innovation in middle or small-size ecorporations.In order to solve these problems,the author points out that the government must take three activities to support the technology innovation in middle or small-size corporations.These activities include drawing up laws supporting technology innovation in middle or small-size corporations,establishing special admistration for middle or small-size corporations,drafting finance or tax policies which care for the benefits of middle or small-size corporations,supporting them with scientific plan and service network. At last, for the middle or small-size corporations, innovation motivation mechanism must be established and innovation strategies must be taken into account.
