In this paper, the products of Sichuan Telecomminication are researched,including their present situation,innovating principle,and innovating methods,which rely on combining my study in EMBA and work experiments. The trend of products expanding,and the new structure pattern of telecommunication income are studied,too.There are nine chapters.First,I introduce telecommunication puduct innovation trend internally and externally,and the present situation of Sichuan Telecommunication.Then,I analyze the innovation environment which consists of economy,politics and telenology.Last,I analyze the competitor,and set up a new suit of Sichuan Telecommucation product ,as well as a new model of product earings of Sichuan Telecommucation in the near future.This thesis emphases practicability,and it has actively influenced on product development and marketing thinking of Sichuan Telecommucation.In the violent market competition,it maybe has some useful reference value for both Sichuan Telecommucation and other communication enterprises.
