| In today' s world, the international economy is integrated, the production is internationalized and the trade is globalized. Theintense domestic market competition demands that Chinese firms improve managemednt level, facilitate management modernlization, shift the business mechanism, build MES and strengthen Market competition, so they can gain competition advantage in market competition. Star Ltd use the way of information management in the process of building MES, accomplishing the scientific management and strengthening the market competition of the company.The thesis adopts the form of case analysis. In the part of case introduction, we indroduce the general condition of Star Ltd, and introduce its information sale management system deeply, including the constitution, function, operation and characteristic of the system. In the part of case analysis, based on stratigic management theory, we analyze its business environment in the form of SWOT, including the external and internal environment, so find the opportunity and threat in external environment, and strength and weakness in internal organization. Using the marketing and CRM theory, we assess its information sale mangement system. On the basis of clarifying CRM, we analyze the characteristic of CRM of Star Ltd, and give the general framework and operating design to improve the CRM of Star Ltd. Finally, the measures to improve the market competition of Star Ltd are suggested.As the research object of the thesis, the reforming process and operating pattern of information sale management of Star Ltd have an very important effect on the reforming State-owned enterprises. |
