Study On Strategy Alliance Of Enterprises Of Our Country Based On International Economy Integrating

As a mutually beneficial node of competitiveness, the strategy alliance of enterprises (SAE) catches more enterprises' eyes, which causes many questions under the background of international economy integrating. The main content of this text is to study how to put forward the international strategy alliance in order to participate in international competition and share the benefit of international economy. At first, the text study the basic theory on the strategy alliance of companies, combine the theory on SAE and the one on international economy integrating, and analyze on SAE. On the base, I talk about the development process and conditions, analyze the main problems on SAE in China, and point out that the Chinese enterprises must run the way of SAE. This article is main about the questions of SAE in China, lastly point out several important problems of SAE of our enterprises, and gives out the suggestions on SAE of our enterprises.
