Research Of The Development Techniques Of E-government In Property Management Industry

In recent years, e-government has become the key of the social and economic informationization in our Country . We hope to advance the social and economic informationization by the government informationization. Under this background , developing e-government application is playing the "leading" role in digital city and becoming the hotspot in IT industry, which provide both an opportunity and a challenge to the practical applications and popularitization of GIS .After studying the concept and meaning of e-government , this paper presents the logic frame and five types of e-government application, it also points out that e-government is actually a web system, whose platform bases on Internet/Intranet, integrated with GIS, MIS, OA and includes soft ware and hard ware. The concept of Office GIS is brought forward to satisfy the demands of GIS data and technology in e-government, the frame and characteristics of Office GIS are analyzed as well. A software structure plays an essential role in an the application of e-government. This paper analyzes several types of soft structures in their behavior, advantages, disadvantages, studies the development tactics and technology of e-government , then proposes a simple web solution of e-government. Basing on the above research, this paper take property management industry as it's research object , analyzes the requirement of e-government application engineering , designs and realizes the " Web Compositive Government Information Management System of Property Management Industry" . Finally, some technology questions of the system are discussed, such as foundation class library that designed by object-oriented thoughts, and servers MIS, OA, the realization of dynamic promulgation of information, the design and realization of Web GIS Middleware of Property Management Industry, and Message communication between PB window Plug-in and Web GIS as well.
