Quality Information System Based On Internet

Quality information system is an isolated system lacking of sharing function at present. In present system, quality information resource has not been fully shared and used indeed so that it cannot meet the deep degree and real-time needs of diverse information demanders. This paper raises a quality information system based on Internet. Through using the technology based on Internet to integrate enterprise's quality information, quality information system will help on produce and decision of all of personnel in enterprises. The paper is divided into five parts and every chapter's summary is as following:In this paper, the first chapter traces the development of the system, concepts model structure of quality information flowing, function structure of quality information system, hardware structure and present operating situation, then summarizes existing question and its limitation.The second chapter discusses the quality information system's conception and its theoretic and historic meaning, gives a generalization on its characteristics: real-time, open, customer-friendly and coordination with trade, also concludes general questions we should pay much attention to when we develop and operate the quality information system.The third chapter analyses the structure of quality information system based on Internet from four different angles including net information platform, system framework model, network system structure, data inputting and outputting model, and so on.The fourth chapter gives a general discussion on the system aim, system function, designing of quality information flowing and data flowing, software structure model at first. Then, it analyses four subsystems from the angles of systematic analyze and design, etc. four subsystems are as following: the quality cost subsystem, the designing quality subsystem, the measurement apparatus management subsystem and the marketing quality subsystem.The fifth chapter has a prospect on the quality information system based on Internet, concluding the task it confronts and the character, the effect of new techniques and new theory on the system, some new theory on quality relative to its improvement, the security problem and questions on enterprise's development itself.The largest advantage of quality information system based on Internet lies on quality information that is replaced on Internet. Transferring quality information on Internet will overcome interruption on quality information transferring in the man-made quality information system factitiously, make quality information flowfaster among the relative departments, support reliable clue to work or make a decision for all of personnel on time in enterprise, and heighten enterprise's productivity very effectively.
