Business Process Reengineering, (BPR), is a new and original management theory which is often used for reference by entrepreneurs and theoreticians in recent years. It focuses on restructuring of business process and with the objective of caring for customers' needs and satisfaction. Conducting thorough consideration and entire redesigning, in order to be superior to competitors in TQCS and other performance index BPR is a strategic engineering including enterprise strategies, organization structure, incentive mechanism, etc. Only if implements BPR as strategies instead of tact and combines the above aspects for reengineering, there's assurance of success.This article provides verification study on process dissimilation and adoption of creative strategies to put forward BPR when JH company business is landed in predicament and difficult situations. The author centers on one of the key businesses for trial study and then spread to all areas of its for reengineering business gradually. The approach for reengineering is mainly an integration adjustment of all process elements in order to generate more valuable business process for rapid progress in JH Company. The purpose of the article aims at probing a pattern of BPR for current situations for Chinese enterprises.
