As an important International financial method, project financing was introduced into China in 1980s and it has reached great achievement during its application. In the past days, the project financing was mainly employed in the projects of basic establishments, resources and manufacturing which need large amount of finance. But currently, it is also employed in the medium enterprise which need finance as not so much. So it is much of significance for their development, especially for running and development of many enterprises after the WTO access of China. And this is what the author studies in the article.With the theory study and much personal experience, the author makes a statement and introduction briefly on the basic theory, method and structure of the popular project financing with an emphasis on the aspect of enterprises' financing (namely the investor and finance borrower of the project), introduces the theory of project financing and the practice into the high-tech and medium & small scaled companies with the characteristic of "EPIBATIDIUE" project of ZK Medicine Co., Ltd, and works out a financing blue print design systematically after having studied and analyzed the possibility of project financing.The structure of this article is made as follows: there are 5 parts in the article. First, the theory of project 's financing, the explanation of project financing, main characteristics, with an emphasis on some project financing methods connectedwith the study of this article; second, introduction of the relative background materials of "Non-addictive Anodyne EPIBATIDIUE"; third, the project financing blue print design; fourth, the end of this article.The main work of article is calculating and analyzing the DCR of the financing of "Non-addictive Anodyne EPIBATIDIUE"&"TIMOZUOAN"roject with the employment of the financial report and the materials of this line and the analysis of project's currency flow, and employing popular project financing theory and methods in the concrete activities of project financing.Based on the research of real materials, the author selects a way of comprehensive and systematic analysis in the purpose of supplying reference to the relative enterprises when drafting relative project financing blue print. There is one thing that the author wants to point out that there is a need to analyze and study other evaluating methods of project financing further so that more practical project financing methods will be gotten to supply more practical instructs and assistance.
