Among the financial markets, the securities market is the most risky one, thus needs maximum supervision. Although theorists have not yet reached any agreement on whether the securities market should be supervised, the history of the securities market itself has proved that any securities market, whether it is mature or un-mature, is always under active supervision. In its ten years development, China securities market got great success, while it also met a number of problems. Market supervision problem becomes the key one for China to establish a healthy securities market.Aiming at the securities market supervision practice of our country, the paper analyzes the problems of securities market in our country by discussing the theory of securities market, comparing the securities market supervision mechanism of different countries, on the base of which the paper puts forward the concerning encounter-police.The structure of the paper has been arranged as follow:The section one, the paper introduces the concerning fundamental theories of securities market supervision; the section two compares the main three different securities supervision mechanism in developed countries, and on the base of which the paper analyzes securities market supervision mechanism in our country; section three mainly analyzes the situations and the problems of securities market supervision in our country; section four puts forward the concerning polices to boost development of securities market supervision.In the paper I try to do some innovation1, The paper applies the game theory to analyze securities marketsupervision in our country. 2, In the section about encounter-police, the paper formulates theconcerning conditions and theories systematically.
