Study On The Developing Strategy Of HF Seed Limited Company

As a new and hi-tech corporation, HF Seed Limited Company devote in researching, producing, spreading and marketing of crop seeds. Now it's the key stage for HF to be stranger. So it's the first important thing that HF must determine how to scanning the changes of environment and how to making or adapting company's developing strategy to achieve its goal by using strengths to grasp opportunities and avoid threats.By using SWOT method to analyses this company's external environment and internal conditions, consulting from TOWS and grand strategy matrix analyzing, according to company mission, and based on this company's technology, breed and crop character resource strengths, after analyzing and comparing, I formulated intensive and integrative strategy as HF's corporate strategy. In detail, this corporate strategy is focusing on product development and forward integration, using horizontal integration, improving profitability, accelerating develop, to be the first-rate grain seed company in China. Based on corporate strategy and resource conditions, I designed HF's business strategies, including differentiation and cooperative strategies. Then I planed functional strategies, such as marketing, R&D, HRM strategy. Finally, I suggested how to implement and control strategies.
