Study On The Stratagem For Greening Development Of Industrial Enterprises In Chongqing

Since 1990s, greening wave focusing on environmental protection has been booming, which lead to the rapid global sweep of greening economy, greening enterprise, greening technology, greening products, greening consumption. It is absolutely certain that 21st century will be a greening one. Since China has entered WTO, globalization will likely have bigger influence on China's economy and consequently, although provided many opportunities, most of our enterprises are confronted with greater challenges including adjustment of industrial structure and governmental function, fierce competition in market and production and more severe "green bulwark". These challenges will inevitably bankrupt some enterprises. So developing greening enterprises and pushing depurating production are requisite to prevent industrial pollution and slower the consumption of natural resource and achieve sustainable development. And they are also absolutely necessary to increase productivity and profit and make industries survive and develop in the competitive international and domestic market. Guided by the theory of Circular Economy, the paper adopts the strategy of Greening Enterprise to research into the measures to help those heavily polluted cities like Chongqing and industries in developing countries. The measures include developing circular economy and greening the enterprises. The paper also establishes a module of fuzzy assessment which can help the enterprises continue improving. As the 4th municipality and one of the six oldest heavy industry bases in China, Chongqing has a full category of industry. However, various historical matters lead to the problems such as unreasonable structure and distribution of industries, heavy industrial pollution, obvious structural conflict among high investment, high consumption and heavy pollution, poor benefit, lack of competitive power in technology and production. As a result, a lot of industrial enterprises have been faced with many problems. The paper investigates the barriers and impetus to the establishment of the greening enterprises in Chongqing. And the paper also analyzes the greening degree of one industrial enterprise of Chongqing with fuzzy assessment to try to help it make necessary adjustment in the process of greening to meet the new needs and participate actively in the international and domestic competition. Taking the Western Development Strategy into consideration, the paper finally studies the strategy of greening enterprises which meets the requirements in Chongqingwith the expectation of providing help for the enterprises to adopt the strategy and achieve the successful change of the methods in economic development. The study also aims to help accelerate the harmonious development of the economy and the environment and serve as a reference when the government and industrial enterprises decide to make any adjustments to their developing stratagem.
