The Basic Principles And System Research Of Chinese Environmental Law

The issue of environment resources is a matter of serious, overall and long-term importance.The protection of environment resources is a great rising cause to protect the living beings, their survival conditions and the material basis for economic construction. The concerned work and the construction of legal systems becoming more and more vital with the deep going of the Reforming and Opening and the economic construction. Environmental protection is critical for human's survival and has been a common need of human beings ignoring the differences on social systems, national interests and political stand. In the new stage of Socialism Market Economy, to maintain and promote the sustainable development of economy has been brought into the strategic plan and carried out actively. With the successful accession to the WTO, our environment legal systems are facing the influence of other countries and will meet the challenge of the assimilation. So the basic principles and systems of environment law will adopt their reasonable quintessence. Therefore, this paper ,by the scope of the establishment of basic principles and systems, development and function of Chinese environment law, conducts deep research systematically. Combined with Chinese environmental current situation and present issues, and using the foreign advanced experience for reference, this paper ponders over the principles and basic systems adjustment of Chinese environment law. This aims at expounding necessity and significance of systemizing Chinese environmental law and environmental system mutually under current situation, and providing the important theoretical accordance and policy direction.
