Accelerating Construction Of Small-towns Proves A Rational Determination In Full-scale Countryside's Well-off Society

As human society entered the 21st century, we started a new phase of development for building a well-off society in an all-round way, countryside is focal, and whether it succeed or not will playa key role in the all-round well-off society construction.The author consider that small-towns contruction be accelerated is fundamental ity, even as The Sixteenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China-1, opportunity of accelerating smal I-towns had matured . 2, it can solve contradiction of countryside existence: improve peasants' income, reduce Engle's Law increase country laborers fixel number of take in education.This paper also extends its probe to the detailed analysis of the following items :a. too small size, b. financial shortage , c. household register and land laws, d. ecosystem protection , e. difficiency of peasants' civil quality correspondingly, some solutions and suggestion are presented respectively.
