Since 90s of twenty century, there are many changes in the business environment of Multinational Corporation such as great development of economic globalization, the come of knowledge economics and so on. The changes in the business environment of enterprise force the enterprise to renew their competitive advantage and technological innovation is the core of the corporation competitive advantages. Most large Multinational Corporations in order to develop and maintain lasting competitive advantage to adjust their global strategy-based the core of global technology strategy. Among these, strategy of R&D internationalization is one of the most important trends. This article analysis the relationship between Multinational Corporations and technology innovation, characteristics and reason of strategy of R&D internationalization in light of the MNC theories and other strategic management theories.
