Research On Job Analysis At JC Corporation

Job analysis is the core of the Human Resource Management (HUM). Scientific job analysis plays an important role in every aspect of HRM. Nowadays, many Chinese companies do not have clear understanding of job analysis; some companies have never conducted job analysis.JC Corporation is a big manufacturing enterprise which has been established less than 3 years. Furthermore, JC Corporation has never conducted job analysis before. With the development of the business, JC Corporation has come to recognize that HRM is its shortcoming. Conducting scientific job analysis plays a critical role in improving HRM level.The writer helped JC Corporation conduct job analysis, including designing job analysis plan, implementation of job analysis, preparing job descriptions, and instructing the relative staff of the JC Corporation to use information from job analysis. The writer used the knowledge studied from the MBA training and applied it in the job analysis program at JC Corporation. Generally, the effect of the Job analysis program is satisfactory. But there are some imperfect matters during conducting job analysis at JC Corporation. For example, we don't construct an accurate job description with respect to some highly skilled job. Moreover we pay more attention to independent and existed job, other than systematic and future job because we have not mastered effective modern job analysis techniques. The writer should improve professional skills on job analysis in the future.This thesis is about the writer's practice and thoughts regarding to job analysisat JC Corporation, including three main sections. The first section is the introduction of the job analysis theory. The second section is about planning and implementation of job analysis at JC Corporation. The third section is a review of job analysis program at JC Corporation. The writer hopes that this thesis will provide some useful information about job analysis for other manufacturing enterprises.
