| Since 1980's, Enterprises have changed their view of competition and learned to cooperate with each other for more and more intricate competitive environment of the international market. It leads to strategic alliances being applied broadly in the world and many scholars have been attracted to investigate in the related theory about strategic alliances. Based on the results which have been got by the former scholars, this paper emphasizes on the analysis of the internal environment which influences the performance of strategic alliances, concluding the theoretic hypotheses and the model which describe the key common internal environmental factors by academic summarize and logical illustration.To testify the hypotheses and the model, taking the manufacturing and process industry in Sichuan area as the matrix, this paper also adopts an empirical study on 50 corporations by sampling and questionnaire investigation. By SPSS, this paper analyzes the validity of the data collected by the questionnaire and the rationality of the variable and sub-variable, testifying part of the hypotheses given by the paper. The result of the study of this paper shows that no matter what the aim and the form of the strategic alliances is, some of the internal environmental factors, including the individual factors (the relationship and the trust degree among the members of the alliance) and the organizational factors (the difference of the corporation culture, the partner's attitude in the alliance and the management of the human resource), have the common influence on the performance of the alliances.The result of this paper is not only the systematic theory analysis on the internal environmental factors of the strategic alliances, but a reference for Chinese corporat-ions to form the alliances so as to exert the performance of the alliances, improve the success of the alliances and increase their competition in the international market. |
