Research On The Information Integrated Model Of Supply Chain Enterprises Based On IDC

With the rapid development of Science and Technology, the globalization of market and economy, the competition among enterprises is turning to that among supply chains. Therefore, SCM (Supply Chain Management) becomes as a new enterprise-operating philosophy which emphasizes the strategic cooperation among enterprises with utilizing the advanced information technologies, reengineering the resources and business in a globe view and making all the enterprises on the same supply chain work together seamlessly in order to serve the market better.Supply chain management is adopted by more and more enterprises in the information age. In order to implement SCM efficiently, the most important is information integration management, so we must get rid of the obstacle of information transfer among different organizations and let every member of SCM share the information, therefore the task to study the Supply Chain Integration becomes more and more important.Considering the complexity of the model of the information management in the supply chain enterprises, with the successful experience of the enterprise's outsourcing, this paper presents the supply chain enterprise's information integrated model based on IDC (Internet Date Center), offering a modern integrated information constructing way. This model is a management thought based on the third-party information flow. It supply the common business solving plan to the supply chain enterprises through Internet by the third-party, offering the related network service, the infrastructure of hardware and software, offering the application program and content service to the enterprises, finally effectively integrating the system. Adopting the third-party information flow is an advanced strategy, which benefits us to establish the unitary industry supply chain information management system.This paper starts with the introduction of some basic concepts and thoughts of the integrated supply chain management. Then it analyses the application of the information technology used in the supply chain management, lodging thenecessity of establishing the third-party information management integrated flat. This paper also presents the information construction frame and the design of the integrated model of the IDC-based supply chain enterprises, focusing on the analyzing of the flow and function of the key module in this mode.Such kind of information outsourcing based on IDC is both an advancing adventure and a splendid business model. The integrated environment offered by IDC-based third-party makes the enterprise, the suppliers, the distributors, and users united to recognize the whole resource in the supply chain adequately to gain the lion's share interest. Through the probing and the research of this problem, it offers a new instrument for the information communication among the employers in the enterprises. The practical value is conspicuous.
