The Operating Mechanism Of The Modern Logistics Service Of The Shipping Enterprise

The basic connotation of the modern logistics is the moving of the material, the traditional transport is the same as the modern logistics from the basic connotation. Therefore, the shipping enterprise has taken part in the activity of the modern logistics. But the service of the shipping enterprise is limited and passive; the shipping enterprise cannot meet abundantly the diversified needs of the customer. Therefore, the shipping enterprise should develop the modern logistics service and meet the diversified needs of the customer by making use of advantages in order to develop.The shipping enterprise is faced with a lot of problems in the course of the development of the modern logistics in that the modern logistics is the initial stage in China. The operating mechanism of the modern logistics service of the shipping enterprise is researched in the article. The author makes good use of the method and model and analyzes the operating mechanism of the modern logistics of the shipping enterprise in the direct of the relative theory in order to offer the support for the shipping enterprise in theory and practice. The paper analyzes the external environment and internal condition of the shipping enterprise in the way of the method of SWOT and puts forward the operating model of the modern logistics of the shipping enterprise. The paper analyzes the building of the organization, the business process reengineering and the customer relationship management of the shipping enterprise. The conclusions of the paper are summed up as follows:(1) In the external environment, the opportunities of the shipping enterprise include the modern logistics demands of the foreign enterprise, the state-owned enterprise and the private enterprise in the course of the development of the modern logistics; the threats of the shipping enterprise include the competence of other logistics enterprises and the new demand of the customer. In the inside condition, the advantages of the shipping enterprise include the congenital advantages and postnatal advantages, the congenital advantages include the higher efficiency, the lower cost, the more ability of transport and so on, the postnatal advantages include the net advantage, the brand advantage and the talent advantage; the disadvantages include the single service function, the backward level of information management, the bad quality of the personnel and the less capital and son on.(2) The strategy combinations of the modern logistics of the shipping enterprise include the strength and opportunities strategy, the weakness and opportunities strategy, the strength and threats strategy and the weakness and threats strategy. The operating models of the modern logistics of the large shipping enterprise include the diversified model and specialized model; theoperating models of the modern logistics of the medium and small shipping enterprise include the necessary model and fictitious model.(3) The train of thought of the organization structure building of the shipping enterprise is analyzed in the direct of the relative theory and principle. The train of thought of the organization structure building of the shipping enterprise includes the train of thought of the internal organization structure building and the train of thought of the value link between the shipping enterprise and other enterprises.(4) The train of thought of BPR is to set up three management mechanisms from the present situation of the shipping enterprise and the experiences of foreign countries. The management mechanisms include the service management mechanism, the financial affairs management mechanism and the operation management mechanism.(5) The strategies of CRM include the regulation of CRM, the development of the system of CRM, the building of information net of the shipping enterprise, the establishment of the on-the-spot contact groups and the building of the view feedback mechanism of the customer and so on.
