Abstract/Summary:
Entrepreneur Human Capital, with a very ingenious and complicated matter of incentive and restriction, is the most active and peculiar element in productive element. The mechanisms for motivating and control I ing entrepreneurial human capital (EHC) is an issue that covers various academic areas, such as enterprise theory, entrepreneurship, human capital and organizational behavior, etc. Entrepreneurship, as the most quintessential resource in an enterprise, is focused on fully utilizing, maintaining existing resources and/or developing new resources in order to acquire continuously competitive advantages for the enterprise. In the global market that is increasingly competitive and innovative in the technology, an entrepreneur determines the overall direction for the organization and therefore plays an indispensable role in its existence and development.Connecting with the practice of our enterprises operated in the oldeconomy system, this paper discusses the incentive and restrictive mechanism of entrepreneur human capital tentatively through exploring these problems.
