With the perfection and development of theory and practice of ideological political education, the studying on process law of ideological political education has become more and more important. As a kind of objective reality that it does not change with subjective will, the process law of ideological political education is the important part of fundamental theory of ideological political education. It ensures that the practice of ideological political education carries on scientifically and efficiently. Study on Process Law of Ideological Political Education is a bold try and effort based on relative theories. This paper analyzes comprehensively the meaning and contents of process law of ideological political education. In addition, this paper probe into the relation between this process law and practice of ideological political education. The paper discuss that how the law put to use in society. This paper consists of four parts:Part one: outline of process of ideological political education. Based on the different theories of process law of ideological political education, the author discusses the key elements, periods and characteristics. This part paves for the deepening of studying on process law of ideological political education.Part two: the meaning, contents and studying meanings. First, the author sums up the meaning of process law of ideological political education. Secondly, the author analyzes the theory system according to its arrangement. At last, the author summarizes theoretical and practical meaning of the studying of process law of ideological political education.Part three: the dialectical relation between process law of ideological political educationand ideological political education. First, the author analyzes internal unity. Secondly, the author summarizes external difference.Part four: using of process law of ideological political education in society. This part is the goal of this paper. First, the author brings out that fully understanding and mastering process law of ideological political education are the first premise of using process law of ideological political education. Secondly, the author discuss that using subjective initiative is an important condition of using process law of ideological political education. At last, the author analyzes the present situation of using process law of ideological political education in society and brings out the corresponding measures.
