A Preliminary Study On Deng Xiaoping's Human Capital Theory And Its Development

The theory of human capital have obtained broad attention because of its great contribute to the modern economics. On account of the limit of development level of the times, society, politics, economy and etc, the term of " human capital" hadn't given directly by him, but the thought of the human capital was reflected in the Deng xiaoping's theory. The Deng xiaoping's human capital theory has a solid idea foundation, time requirement, theory support, history details, and Deng xiaoping's personal experiences and characters are the most important internal cause of the development of the theory. Take "developing productivity" as a starting point in consideration, Deng xiaoping expatiated his human capital theory systematically, included the stratagem, production, flow, application, disposal, prompting, importation and developing environment of human capital.
