The Situation And Tendency Of Temporary-employment In Our Country

Temporary-employment includes Short-term employment, Temporary help employment, Seasonal employment and ON-call employment.Temporary-employment is a flexible kind of employment, which can not only reduce the pressure of employment, but also suit the varied demands of people. It represents the tendency of development of people's selection. That's why so many countries all over the world pay more and more attention to the kind of employment and take positive attention to temporary-employment.In our country, temporary-employment was put into the report of the sixteenth congress of China Communist Party. Our party emphasizes the importance of employment and thinks that enlarging employment is an important task and encourages temporary-employment.It is easy to find that both the developed countries and the developing countries regard temporary-employment as a significant employment measure. In developed countries more and more people go in for temporary-employment.Contrast to the situation of the developed countries, temporary-employment of our country needs more development. In this article, I analyze the necessary and the possibility of temporary-employment and then put forward some advices.
