Research On Cooperation Mechanisms And Performance Appraisal System Of Green Supply Chain

With the rapid development of communications' technology, the increasingly drastic market competition and the diversification of customer requirement, more and more enterprises apply supply chain management (SCM) to integrate enterprises' internal resources with external resources in order to seek an approach to resolve above-mentioned problems. At the same time, when 21st century is coming, humankind pays more attention to environment protection and resource utilization. Therefore, green supply chain management emerges, as the times require. Based on putting forward green supply chain management (GSCM) concept, this paper studies cooperation modes among green supply chain (GSC) enterprises based on Agent, and introduces internal operation of GSC based on Agent and kinds of cooperation strategies of each node enterprise according to their own development strategies. At the same time, lots of information unsymmetrical phenomena indwell among node enterprises of GSC. Many dishonest activities generated by those phenomena, such as adverse selection, moral hazard and so on, badly hurt the cooperation relationship among node enterprises of GSC, and result in the decreasing performance of the whole eventually. So, this paper puts emphasis on researches on the cooperation mechanisms among enterprises of GSC, and based on putting forward principal-agent and basic theory of cooperation strategy, this paper mostly discusses four core cooperation mechanisms: negotiation mechanism, incentive-restriction mechanism, risk evading mechanism and confidence mechanism. Finally, this paper constructs GSC whole performance appraisal system and model.
