Research On Theories Of The Process Of Enterprise's Technological Innovation And Persistent Innovation

With the progression of the economic globalization and technology doubling its pace, competition between the enterprise's become more intensively.The function of enterprise's technological innovation became more and more significant. Under this condition, this dissertation study or discuss theories of the process of enterprise's technological innovation. Its main content as follows: Firstly, the notion and essential content of technological innovation are introduced; Secondly, we part the process of technological innovation as well as give its model corresponsively; Thirdly, from different facets I analyze the process, including expenditure distributing of innovation, method of evaluating innovative benefit, requirement of innovative policy, risk which exist in the process of innovation and tactics which keep the risk away. The fourth section researchs and analyze factors that influence technological innovation. From the point of view on fail or not ,we compare the factors . Finally, dicussion about enterprise persistent innovation is given from organizational strategy and culture.Several facets are described as high light. Respectively they are: Firstly, the management of process of technological innovation is studied from inspires decision x stategy of innovation and united employee's values ect.; Next, as operation of evaluation about innovative benefits is emphasized, it is analyzed quantificationally by introducing the model of production function; Thirdly, three risk income section are determined and research the relation of transfer among them; In addition, organizational factors of influencing on innovation are divided into three segments: organizational attributes s individual attributes and technological attributes, which are interpreted one by one.On the bases of facts, this dissertation offers some advise which will be beneficial to our enterprise's technonogical innovation.
