Study On Developing And Strengthening Dragon Head Enterprises Of Inner Mongolia

Dragon Head Enterprise is the pioneer, organizer, and leader of agriculture industrialization management. Along with the theory of agriculture industrialization maturing and the practices achieving remarkable successes in many provinces, It is of great current significance in raising the level of the development of the whole agriculture industrialization management comparative benefit and the income of peasants.At present, Dragon Head Enterprises in Inner Mongolia have developed rapidly. Many have been chosen as the major enterprises of agriculture industrialization in the whole nation and also have created many domestic and international famous brands. But now presently the strength of whole dragon head enterprises is a little week. There are many problems and a great deal of resistance both in the external factors and in the internal developments of them.The aim of this study is to discover ways of strengthening Dragon Head Enterprises, through careful examination of the present status quo of a few of large enterprises. The thesis analyses several problems the Dragon Head Enterprises come up against in development and put forward some suggestions for their further development. The thesis will play an important role in the development of the whole Dragon Head Enterprises in Inner Mongolia. The application of this research will help to improve Dragon Head Enterprises' ability to compete in the agriculture industrialization field, thus placing them in an invincible position in both the domestic and foreign markets.
