Research On Listed Company Valuation And It's Methods

In modern economics, with the development of financial market, the value of a listed company in the capital market is of vital importance to all kinds of people's interests. In the fields such as merger, stock investment and corporate management, the corporate valuation becomes an important, even indispensable activity. In our country, there exist some special factors that make it difficult to appraise a listed company' s value, such as the developing time of the security market is so short, the information published is not meet the standard. In such conditions, how to understand and evaluate our countries listed company' s reality? In this thesis, we do some research about this problem. Firstly, the theory on the appraisal of firm's value is analyzed and summed up. The meaning of theory on firm's value and application area of value appraisal are explained. Secondly, on the basis of theory analysis, the methods of firm's value appraisal are discussed in detail. Aimed at our country's listed company, theory on the firm's value is applied. Demonstration analysis is carried out for the different industry listed company. Lastly, advice is made for the value appraisal on our county's list company.The research in this thesis applies the general principles of firm valuation to our country' s reality. On one hand, it can benefit to understand and use the theory and model of firm valuation in practice; on the other hand, some of the demonstration conclusions and theoretical analyses about our country' s listed company' s value can take reference effect on the construction of security market, directing investment decision and strengthening listed company' s management.
