The ship management industry developed as internationalization of shipping, through the effective professional management that the management can make the weariness of ship to minimum, and ensures seafarer safety. As take the advantage of the capital, information, human resource so it enhances the efficiency of operation and lowers the cost.The foreign ship management companies have been mature ones, not only from the scale of operation but also the means of management is on the high professional level. But domestic ship management company developed so late, the companies on a certain scale are not so many, and its range of service is narrow.
