An Analysis On Tax Cadres' Values And The Corresponding Educational Strategies Under The Socialistic Market Economy

The government is required to change in functions,and public servants in values, during the economic reform. Under the new economic system, the goal that the government is pursuing is to strengthen the new functions adapting to the new system and to build up new values in public servants. In this article, the author inquires into the values of tax cadres as a government official, illustrating from the following aspects, i.e. the changing government functions, the outstanding place and role of tax section responsible for comprehensive management of government economy, and egoism and altruism of man, etc.Based on the analysis, the author introduce some educational counter-measures as to how to guide tax cadres to build up new values and how to enhance the ideological and political education so as to upgrade their ideological and ethical standards.
