China Telecommunication Industry's Reformation Analysis By Regulation And Competition Theory

This thesis analyze the history and the president situation of China telecommunication industry through the theory of regulation and competition, and raise a tentative project of innovation in China telecommunication industry by focused some questions exsisting in this industry. This project is composed of four effective institutions, including effective telecommunication regulation system, correlative statute institution, assured owner-ship system and suitable competition policy. In my mind, only through this multiple system design and valid actualization, China telecommunication enterprises can acquired self-confidenceand competive ability facing to the fierce international competition. My paper have five parts, including introduction, the basis of reformation inChina telecommunication industry-theory of regulation and competition, the analysis of this industry's history and status quo, existing problem and reformation project and conclution.Finally, compared with the existing similar studies, the paper is creative in research method , that is interpreted a paradex of the reformation logic in China telecommunition industry through Game theory, when we realize the really causality, maybe we can formulate a policy to promote the development of China telecommunication industry.
