HX Corporation is a small-scale sales enterprise for automobile accessories, which is located in Hongpailou Market for Automobile Accessories, Chengdu. Because the company's interior management can't meet the need of its current development form any more, there appeared the phenomenon of management seriously divorced form development, and the competitive inferior position that resulted from this phenomenon has gravely obstructed its further development. We have investigated and studied the worse current situation and causes of the employees' cohesiveness from human resource management, hoping to find ways that can urge the enterprise to strengthen employees' cohesiveness, thereby to create long-term competitive force from within.We have collected the information relating to the enterprise by ways of issuing questionnaire, referring to data, and interviewing. On the basis of these above, we have analyzed the worse current situation of the employee's cohesiveness of the enterprise and the factors influencing the employee's cohesiveness of the enterprise. At the same time, based on theories of Human Resource and other international enterprises' experience etc., we provide the principles, polices and projects to improve the employee's cohesiveness. The projects will analyze deeply how the employee's cohesiveness will be strengthened from the incoming, job satisfaction, motivation, personal examination and organization design. On the basis of adequate estimation of the resistances during the course of carrying out the projects, we have worked out policies and measures to eliminate an mitigate the resistances resulting in dysfunctional conflict in order to gathering up interior impetus of the enterprise's development, and building up its interior competitive capacity, and establishing its good service image, and accelerating the persistent development of the company.As the start of the overall reform of the company, the thesis' projects have enforced in practical work step by step. Some measures have started to take effect. We continually consider some new problems and ways in later policies and measures by ways of continuous adjustment and improvement. We believe that the company can strengthen employees' cohesiveness force and improve its interior competitive force and realize its continuous development, at the same we hope our work can build up its adaptation capacity of new circumstance and meeting emergencies, and provide references for next employees'management policy of the enterprise.
