The Countermeasure Research Of Enterprises' Sustainable Development

Sustainable development is the subject of nowadays world. The theory of sustainable development combines practice of mining enterprises,thus brings about the so-called "sustainable development of mining enterprise". The mining enterprises have devoted themselves to Chinese economic development. However,the mining enterprise used to develop in a traditional way,which worn down a large number resources and manage simply,so it brings about exhausting resources,destroyed ecology,bad economic benefit. This paper introduces systematically the difficult position of mining enterprises' sustainable development,and analyses the reasons,then gives the countermeasure to these problems.This paper is divided into five parts.Preface:it clarifies the course and the content of sustainable development idea,then gives rise to the problem about mining enterprises sustainable development.Chapter one:it introduces the present situation of mining enterprises and the difficult condition for sustainable development. The mining enterprise had devoted themselves to economic growth,urbanization course,minority nationalities development,employment improvement and society stability. At the same time,they are facing the serious challenges,such as exhausting resources,destroyed ecology,serious deficit,simple product structure,weak non-mining industry.Chapter two:it analyses the reasons why mining enterprises can't develop sustainable from resources view,capitals,technology,management and investment circumstances so on.Chapter three:it points out the basic principles and the countermeasure to develop sustainable for mining enterprises. The multiplex,steady,sustainable supply system of mineral resource should be built by improving investment circumstances to attract foreign capitals,exploring mineral resource to increase deposits,taking advantage of foreign mineral products,protecting and utilizing reasonably the mineral resource;the mining environment should be improved and the ecological mine should be built by exploring new pattern,carrying clean production and so on. Mining enterprises should prompt core competence by forming large mining groups,exploiting human resources,increasing economic benefit,optimizing the industry and product structure and so on.Epilog:it summarizes this paper's basic view and points out the problems that we should continue to solve in the future.
