Over the past ten years, Chinese security market has made great progress. Since China's entry into the WTO becomes sooner and sooner, it requires Chinese government to decide to open the security market to the whole world. In order to be consistent with the development of the socialist market economy and current environment, there are many things to be done. This essay tries to illustuate the necessity, risk and steps taken by the government of Chinese security market.The paper discusses the necessity of opening to the whole world of Chinese security market, especially at the time of the entry into the WTO.But the current environment that exists in our security market restricts the opening of security market. The paper analyses the potential risk one country must be taken if it opens its market at a incorrect time or at an improper speed. And the paper also analyses the things to be done if our country makes its mind to open the security market to the whole world, including macro and micro-economy conditions, Security Company, attaching more importance to the interests of the public investors, the lesson we should remember from the developed and developing countries, and etc.In this paper, several methods are put into use to explain and analyze the opinions. We are all pleased to see that China's security market is becoming more and more regularized. In this market, we should adjust our ideas to this gradually changing market. From studying other countries' steps to open their securities markets, China can make the path of opening the security market more healthily.
