| Abound in coal resource, Heilongjiang is not only one of the most important coal production bases in China but also a primary coal exporting province. Obviously, the coal industry in Heilongjiang can't exist without coal transportation and coal marketing. As the reform goes further, coal marketing is faced with unprecedented challenge. The case here is concerning in the environment of market economy how a nation-owned coal sales firm, which experienced failures, confusions and hopes, should coordinate the employees with intricate and complicated human relations inside the firm, adapt to the ever changing market and create new opportunities to meet the challenge outside of the firm.In this case, I analyze in detail the internal factors that could affect a firm's operation and estimate the prospect and development of the nation-owned coal sales firms. At the same time, by using the principle of histological behavioral science and human resource management, I illustrate how to adjust the histological construction and arrange everything in agreement; by applying SWOT to the current situation of Beixiang Company, I study the new opportunities in the process of an enterprise's development. According to my study on this case, I conclude that in order to be invulnerable in the environment of market economy, entrepreneurs have to providently follow and properly adjust to the step of external changes, make the best of their enterprises. |
