Along with China entering into WTO and the further development of the economy globalize, the trade intercourses are increased rapidly. The development of the third industry mends its pace. As the new industry, the products flow management plays the more important part in the economy development and the daily life. The economical and commercial departments pay more attention to the products flow management due to its important linked functions in production and marketing. The scale of the enterprises with the products flow management and the productivity are increased, and the advantage are emerging in THE THIRD PROFIT RESOURCE.The marketing forecast and analysis are the important parts in the enterprises products flow management. It has a great sense for enterprises with the products flow management to distribute its resources, to organize the production, to reduce the cost, and to increase the profit. The main points of the marketing forecast and analysis have been discussed in this paper which consists of 7 articles, the preface first, and following by the general situation of the development with the modern products flow, the effect of the accurate marketing forecast and analysis for the products flow management, the ways of the scientific marketing forecast, the case analysis, and the conclusion. The background and signification of the object in this paper, the content and the applied way have been summarized in the preface. In Article 2, the general situation of the development with the modern products flow, the pattern of the Chinese traditional enterprises products flow management and applied status of the marketing forecast and analysis the Chinese enterprises with products flow management, hi Article 3, the way to increase standard of the marketing forecast and analysis have been discussed, and also the effect of the marketing forecast for the decision-making. In Article 4, the evaluation of the marketing forecast and analysis has been discussed. And the conclusion is summarized for the whole paper.The aim of this paper is in search of the way to increase standard of the marketing forecast and analysis by discussion of the effect of the marketing forecast for the enterprises, and to boost the way of the marketing forecast in the enterprises with the products flow management.
