The Capital Operation Studies In Corporate Governance In China

Optimization or improvement about corporate governance is becoming an important problem that the Government and the Academic are concerned about. Different scholars seek the optimization method of corporate governance from different visual angles. But the latest trend being researched shows that the research about corporate governance is integrating with capital structure in order to search the improvement method of corporate governance.Based on the development trend, the thesis integrates corporate governance with capital structure so as to search further improvement means of corporate governance from capital operational view. The paper includes five parts. The first part presents the meaning and rudimental thought about the capital operation in corporate governance. The capital operational idea includes two clues. One is the internal capital operation in corporate governance and the other is the external factor's operation that influences corporate governance. In the second part, the present condition of corporate governance in china is described, and some questions are brought forward. The third is the emphasis of the whole article. Some internal operational measures are taken. The fourth part 's main content is the external factors' improvement measures that help better corporate governance from an open thought angle. The final part narrates elementary practices of the capital operation in corporate governance in China. At the same time, the article prospects the development trend of corporate governance in the future.
