Banking loans are the main outside financial channel for SME. In recent years, banks reconstruction especially M&A of banks has a far-reaching impact on SME's finance. Regarding M&A of the American banks as the target mainly, The thesis uses information economics, system economics and industrial organization theory to analyse this problem from the following two aspects: banking inside organization and banking market structure. After that, it analyses the relation between China's financial reform and small business lending. This thesis sets up a regression model to analyse banking market of Guangzhou on the basis of investigation of the questionnaire, Thus probes the impact of China's banking reform on SME. At last, Relevant conclusions and enlighten have been made.Chapter one. Foreword.Chapter two.
