This article describes and analyses Guangxun Telecommunications Ltd. Co. introducing strategy revolution and entering into the newly formed Digital Wireless Interphone industry when the Paging industry declines gradually.In the case description part, Guangxun Telecommunications Ltd. Co. background, as well as the digital wireless interphone industry situation is introduced.In the case analysis part, first the newly formed Digital Wireless Interphone industry general introduction follows the China mobile telecommunication industry development conclusion, the Porter five-forces model of competition theory is used to do the industry competition analysis, and then according to the analysis results, Guangxun Telecommunications Ltd. Co. makes the decision how to enter the digital wireless interphone industry and frames the company strategy. And the Porter competitive strategies have been applied to analyze how to participate in the competition, and then set down related function strategies. In the end, some suggestions have been listed for pushing the strategy implementation.
