Studies On Breaking Credit Problems Of Enterprises And Surveys On Credit Status Of Enterprises In Sichuan

As a kind of immaterial asset and economic resource, credit is the foundation of market economy to circulate. The corporation credit is the important constitution of the social credit system. But breaking corporation credit has become more seriously and observably at present in our country. It has harmed the order of community. So, it is very significant to study on the phenomenon about breaking corporation credit.The dissertation commenced from the analyses of general theory, and discussed the definition of the credit and corporation credit from the broad sense, and analyzed the composing factor, economic effect of the corporation credit and the economic meaning of breaking corporation credit.Secondly, the corporation credit situation in Sichuan was investigated. In addition, the harm created by breaking corporation credit was studied deeply. Then, the dissertation analyzed the causes of breaking corporation credit, which included the macroscopic and the microscopic factor, the mechanism, the management, and so on.Finally, the measure was brought forward against breaking corporation credit according to the foregoing analyses, which was discussed in detail from three aspects: one was the optimization of the exterior credit environment, another was the credit construction of the related departments, the other was the enhancement of the interior credit management.
