| Disposing the bad assets of banks and the operating of Asset management corporation (AMC), it must obey the rule: marketlization. Marketlization of disposing the bad assets means the marketlization of process of disposing the bad assets, it includes marketlization of choosing buyers and determining of the bad assets value.Because market economic in our country is underdeveloped, the market rule is not perfected, it is included formulating the marketing rules for disposing bad assets. In according with this train of thought, this paper divided into three parts:The first part is about current situation of disposing bad assets in our country. This is the base to open up the discussion about disposing bad assets system, the method that is said to be fitted our country special situation adopted by the AMC. The methods include two aspects: 1. Four AMC disposing bad assets being to their original bank respectively.2.Four AMC accepted bad assets accordance their original banks book value.
