With the world economy globalization, constant technology updating, more and more new corporate operation methodology upcoming and the communication revolution, today more and more enterprises have been aware of the importance of the strategy management, therefore, how to decide to make the correct strategic choice with the scarce resource has presented its realistic value.This paper focuses on a middle sized TSINGHUA TONGFANG ARTIFICIAL ENVIRONMENT CO.,LTD. In city a and analyses the external factors in society , law , economy , culture , and technology and etc . It applies " External Factors Evaluation (EFE ) Matrix" to evaluate the availability of the enterprise's reaction to key external factors ; It applies " Botor's Five-Forces Model " to analyze the competitive situation and extent among the enterprises of different sizes and different competitive strategies as well as to evaluate the effectiveness of the presently-adopted competitive strategy used in TTAE to find out the threat and opportunity in the business competition . Meanwhile , it applies the comprehensive analyses for the management , marketing , production and quality-controlling , research and developing ability, application of computers , and financial management and information ; And it also applies the " Internal Factor Evaluation (IFE ) Matrix " to evaluate the advantages and disadvantages inside the enterprise and analyze the special ability and main weaknesses ; It also adopts "Threats-Opportunities-Weaknesses-Strengths ( TOWS) Matrix" to match the key internal and external factors , which results in four proposals of the SO, ST,WO and WT strategies for enterprises to guide the enterprise to give full play to strong points and seize opportunities, offset the threats and make good use of opportunities and eliminate weaknesses and the can provide the alternative strategy for TTAE . Besides , it adopts the "Strategic Position and Action Practice Evaluation(SPACE) Matrix" to analyze and evaluate the present strategic position and detailed strategies and according to the defined tasks, long -term and short-term targets, it may determine the type of strategy and the concrete strategy which should be chosen in the enterprise.The last conclusion we draw is : the middle centre air-conditioning specialized enterprises like TTAE company should adopt the concentric diversification strategies for the development of enterprises under such business environment and competition; As for the marketing, the enterprises should apply the differentiation strategy , and some ofIImarket penetration strategy, product development strategy , enterprising strategy; they should also consolidate the basic advantages and take a little risk of the market to improve competitive capacity and strengthen economic development . With the stable development , they can wait for and search the leap in enterprises' development.
