Stating Application Of The Law In Infringement Of Cyber Copyright

With the popularity of Internet,the number of disputes concerned with Internet is increasing quickly. Internet,which is not independent completely from the reality,is the stretch and supplement of the reality. As different countries control the principal parts,which deal with the various law activities on the Internet,Internet cannot get rid of the difference between different countries although it connects the whole world together. As a result,law disputes are unavoidable.The thesis first investigates different types of Internet publications whose copyrights are offended by comparing Internet publications with traditional ones. It also explores the specialty of disputesConcerned with Internet copyrights. The thesis then makes comments on the proper theory about these disputes. Combined with Chinese present law concerned,Finally,it provides some pieces of suggestion on how to settle down the disputes concerned with Internet copyright.
