Study On Establishment Of Value Chain Of SOEs

The reform of state-owned enterprises (SOEs ) is in the key period while the reform of economical system is going. It is a difficult and concerned problem that how to improve the efficiency and profit of the SOEs, so that the SOEs have the competitive advantage facing the competition over the world after going the World Trade Organization. (WTO) Study on how to establish of value chain of SOEs has important significance to raise efficiency of our SOEs in the period transferring to market economy and improve central strength of competition to adapt the competition.Theoretical study of the reform of SOEs, at the point of the government, there is much research of SOEs reform theories, but there is short of extensive and thorough theoretical study and practical experience to optimize the productive and operating activities at the point of enterprise itself. My essay, based on value chain theory of M.E.Porter, analyzes problems in valuable activities of SOEs, then puts forward the thought of reestablishment the value chain of SOEs. My essay's emphasis is the essence, key and frame of establishing the value chain of SOEs , which is in Chapter 4.If the SOEs want to winsuccess in the severity competition environment, should have the center ability of competition, through reestablishing the value chain to form the center ability of competition, this is the essence; To rebuild the business flows of SOEs and optimize the creating value activities of enterprise is the key; the effective operating frame of the value chain is the organization structure of enterprise. The thought that establish value chain to insist on the customer is the center is the main meaning of the essay.
