| China telecom industry has developed very fast in recent years. But china telecom industry meet great challenges with more and more foreign capitals entry into China telecom market. So Strategy management is an important factor in getting advantage in drastic competition.There are three chapters in this paper. The first chapter finds the reason why china telecom industry should implement the strategy management.The second chapter has some specific cases of strategy management,which include foreign telecom operators. Because foreign telecom markets were more open than china,china operators can get some useful experience from them.The third chapter is the key point. The penman point out what is status of china telecom industry and what is the problem they meet. Compare to international telecom industry,what is the direction of china telecom industry in the future? At last,I elaborate the proposals on how to implement strategy management. Those proposals focus on main operators in china market including China Telecom,China Netcom,China Mobile and China Unicom. |
