Development is a theme in our times. After World War n, no matter the developed country or the developing country, development is considered the most important problem also owes the great concern of various countries. After reform and opening-up, China faces development. Today how China could realize real development of society and take some detour more, it is the need that China accepts correct development view to guide the practice.As a kind of the development idea in specific period and specific region, its forming result from different factors includes history and reality, inherent and external. As to the thing that how make contemporary China development view, this text has taken the detailed analysis from the following three aspects, namely era background, practice basis and theoretical foundation, and try hard to expatiate quite perfectly the inherent basis of contemporary China development view on its forming from these three aspects, and then regard this as the basis, educe the basic intension of contemporary China development view rationally. This text regards the basic theory of the view on development as frame to explain the basic content of contemporary China view development, namely include contemporary Chinese development epistemology, development methodology and development axiology. After discussing and establishing the basic content of development view in reasonable quality, this test take further theory analysis to sustainable development view that has already been extensively accepted by China and the other countries. Though this text believes the sustainable development view is not a kind of development idea that created in China. Nowadays the national conditions are suitable to its existence in the reality of China. At present China need grasp the rational kernel of the sustainable development view and seek a special road to Chinese sustainable development.
