A Research On Modern Travel Service Conglomeration Running

Conglomeration is an advanced form of modern enterprises. It is playing a more and more important role in the development of social economy and various industries. Global economy unity, fast developing speed of information technology and competition among enterprises accelerate steps of consolidation. This thesis discusses the current situation of China's travel service industry, based on the study in two aspects of consolidation: forming, growing methods. Learning from western countries travel service unity, it tries to provide some application principles and proposal for the future development of consolidation in China's travel service industry.The thesis consists of five parts as follows: The first part gives a brief introduction to the purpose of the writing of this paper, the progress made so far in the research into consolidation worldwide. The second part analyses forming causes and growing methods of consolidation. The third part discusses western countries travel service unity and China travel service current situation. The fourth part points out China travel service consolidation strategies. The conclusion part provides some applicable principles and proposals for the future development of consolidation in China's travel service industry.
