Interface Management Of High-tech Enterprises And Traditional Enterprises

In the development of our country's industry, high-tech industrialization and traditional industry high-technologization are two important directions, which influence and promote each other. This thesis begins with the importance to strength cooperation and communication between high-tech enterprises and traditional enterprises, by applying the theory of interface management, analyzes the interface barriers between high-tech enterprises and traditional enterprises and the reasons, and then present modes, in which high-tech enterprises and traditional enterprises can cooperate and then develop together, which are organization mode and culture fusion. What's more, by analyzing some successful organization fabric and organization culture, and influence that America, Japan and out country's traditional culture put on interface management of enterprises, this thesis provides the contents of these two modes. This research is meaningful to the development of high-tech industry and traditional industry of our country.
